Tea Time Skirt for Cambria

Busy little fingers...I'm soooo glad her fingers are still chubby!

I've had this ache to create something,anything!,for sometime. I always hesitate and chicken out getting started with any of my grand schemes,but finally I'd had it! It was like cabin fever,but worse.....so I made this. Cambria adores it!
